Yet this household name was still relatively unknown as a top tech employer.

The solution

My job was to help hone the lived experienced at Tesco from a diverse range of perspectives. More than showing different tech roles in different regions, this was about capturing what made each path unique. I turned lengthy interview transcripts into engaging blogs that told individual stories, while conveying the universal truth that Tesco’s scale and culture sets it apart.
