Reimagining the dream for the team

The challenge

Sainsbury’s was rethinking the future of retail, and imagining a whole new way to team. They wanted to attract people who felt excited about staying agile and switching roles as needed - from stacking shelves to serving sandwiches.

The solution

To reflect this new chapter on the shop floor, the Art Director refreshed the look of Sainsbury’s careers site, creating a more vibrant feel. Meanwhile, I positioned the idea of the ‘Winning Team’ in the copy to complement the new imagery.
